East Carolina Pirates Baseball Wilmington Sport reviews
The concert of a lifetime!
East Carolina Pirates Baseball returned to what he does best; the blues. BB King had played the night before, and it almost seemed that East Carolina Pirates Baseball must have been in the audience, because he came on strong early with what seemed like an homage to the great legend. East Carolina Pirates Baseball seemlessly rolled into a little reggae, a little New Orleans style, and a little honky-tonk before switching over to an acoustic set, including a once-again modified Layla. He displayed reserve and did not talk to the crowd at all during the set, but his passion was clearly there for all to enjoy. Switching back to electric guitar, he rocked out a bit with Cream and some other pop hits, sang his love song to his wife, "Wonderful Tonight", and went solidly back into the blues. The band was tight, except for a missed change of chord at the very beginning, and East Carolina Pirates Baseball was clear and passionate and in control. Outstanding!
